Can I export my FieldSpace data at any time?
Yep, you sure can. There is an export button in the custom fields area that will export your data along with the contact ID so you can easily get everything back into Infusionsoft as necessary.
Will my data be safe?
Absolutely. Our data is hosted securely, which provide the security and backup capabilities needed. If there is a problem, we’ve got you covered.
Which browsers are supported?
Currently, FieldSpace is exclusively a Chrome extension.
Can I have more than 100 fields?
At the moment, FieldSpace is limited to 100 additional fields. If this is something you need, shoot us an email at support@fieldspace.io.
Can I merge FieldSpace data into emails, or use it on my forms?
Not yet! This is pretty challenging from a programming perspective. We’re working on it though, and expect to have this functionality in the near future.
How many user licenses come with FieldSpace?
Unlimited. Once you authorize FieldSpace for your application name, anyone who can log into that application has access to FieldSpace — all they need to do is download the Chrome extension, and they’ll see all the saved data.
